First Round [Audio] (Backdated to this morning)

[The audiofeed crackles on in what seems to be the middle of a conversation, the speakers seemingly unaware.]

-a journey? What? Lady, you seem real nice and stuff, but you ain't my Ma. Also, I dunno what "journey" you're talkin' about. The only "journey" I gotta take is down to the gym. Doc hates it when I'm late!

The gym? Just starting and you're already thinking about battling gymleaders! Such an enthusiastic boy! Good luck, dear! Work hard!

Hey, wait a minute, what are you even talking abou-

H-Hey! HEY! Lady! Stop shovin' me!

[The sound of a door slamming can be heard, after which there are a few moments of silence.]

Yeah...Yeah, he is pretty rad, isn't he?

[Rocky continues to make impatient noises in the background.]

If you go... over that way a bit, there's a route full of other wild Pokemon. That's where I first caught Mario -- but he looked different. He was a Sentret -- they're not the strongest, but they're good at protecting people from cocky cocks. And stuff.

But even if their not the strongest at first, they can get stronger with lotsa hard work!

[Clearly, Mac is pumped.]

Awright! Guess Rocky n' I'd better get goin', then!

Yup! I'll see you around, Mac! And if you need any more tips, I'll give them!
[Meanwhile, Scott is trying to think of how he'll explain he knows Little Mac... and also trying to figure out how he'll find out which version of the NES game he's from. Oh, Scott is going to be surprised.]
