Round 6 [Video/Action for Route 33, just outside Violet]

I...I think I'm gonna challenge the gymleader again soon. We didn't do so good last time, but we got a lot of real good trainin' and I worked real hard to learn a lot o' stuff. My Pokemon n' I are just tryin' to get in a little more trainin' before we challenge him, though.

...I'm actually a little nervous, y'know? Heh heh, it kinda feels like a match back home. A kinda mix o' nervous n' excited all at the same time!

Oh, uh...before I forget! It shoulda taken a real long time to get to Violet from Goldenrod, right? 'Cause I was in Goldenrod like, last week or somethin' n' when I woke up the other day, I was a day or so outside of Violet. Does stuff like that just happen here or what? And I thought that uh, a...a buddy o' mine was still here, but...

But when I woke up, I tried callin' him and I still couldn't get hold of him...

Musta been some kinda crazy dream or somethin', right?

...We're gonna do our best to beat the gymleader. We've got a disadvantage as far as types go, but I think we can do it this time! _{[Mac grins a determined little grin and the feed shuts off.]}

Y'know...I don't think they do anything! I could be wrong, but I think they're just proof that you beat the gymleader. Kinda like a boxin' belt.

If I may give some sort of advice, make sure you have enough potions. Or maybe find some Oran or Sitrus berries.

That's correct. I think the berries would satisfy the tastes of the Pokemon; plus, they're more natural.

Ah, I have also heard of Berry Pots. Which could help you cultivate berries as you travel.

It sounds odd but the tree is fairly small.

It's about the size of the average home flower pot and it has a lid so nothing goes anywhere.

I'm sure someone from a flower shop maybe be able to help you with it. I don't think they design them to be overly complicated if they make them to be somewhat essential.

You say that you train often so maybe you could explain that reason if you go into a shop and you're nervous about it.

He's a pretty strong. My Pokemon got totally mowed down the first time we challenged him. But if he wasn't strong, he wouldn't be the gymleader!

...Uh...I dunno if they allow back up in gym battles...
